Young athletes deserve an athletic experience that allows them to grow. They should find it enjoyable and return year after year. For this to happen, you need coaches that possess the required knowledge and confidence to lead their teams in a supportive manner. Youth athletic coaches can make a huge, positive impact.

Coaches may spend as much time face-to-face with their athletes as any other adult, including their teachers and parents. Therefore, Coaches need training that is applicable, practical, efficient, relevant, and easily accessible, and it should do more than just meet regulatory standards.

Historically, coaches’ training has had to be sourced from a variety of providers on a variety of platforms. Our coursework is different. It is a single source platform that is updated with annually and is available to the coach on their schedule.

Youth administrators are responsible for ensuring every coach and every volunteer has done their training. In the past, this has been time consuming and cumbersome. Our platform has changed this. One certificate, a common expiration date, and all the training needed for a coach to get started. We give the administrator the ability to check on the status of ALL of their coaches. Administrators no longer have to track all the certifications, dates, and professional development opportunities. Everything is included in a Coaching Skills Academy subscription!
