The CSA Team

Our platform provides coaches with information that they will find helpful in the everyday performance of their job. We do this in a manner that is convenient for them, and also simplifies the job of athletic administrators who are responsible for ensuring the compliance of their coaches. We have assembled a team with a variety of experiences that makes this possible. Our content development team has :

• 25 years of coaching youth sports
• 31 years of high school and middle school coaching experience
• 19 years of high school athletic director experience
• 16 years of high school teaching experience
• 65 years of business development and operations experience
• 9 years of college athletic experience
• 8 different sports represented

In addition to our “in house” experience we are extremely fortunate to have two key external partners that each add a different type of expertise. Cincinnati Children’s Hospital is our medical content partner and Michigan State University’s Institute for the Study of Youth Sports is our professional development content partner.

This unique blend of perspectives is what makes our platform unique and is the reason we say Coaching Skills Academy was designed for coaches, by coaches.
